At SpiceBloom, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping across New Zealand. Every order is hand-packed right here in Auckland with care and attention before it heads out the door.


⚡ Dispatch Times

We do our best to dispatch orders same day or next business day. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Auckland: 1 working day
  • North Island: 1–2 working days
  • South Island: 2–3 working days
  • Rural addresses: Please allow an extra 1–2 working days on top of the above
  • Waiheke Island & Chatham Islands: Delivery times may vary

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high courier volumes or weather events.

Our shipping rates are based on your location and order value. Rural addresses are automatically detected at checkout based on your postcode — no need to manually select rural or urban.

Urban customers enjoy free shipping on orders over $149. Rural customers receive discounted shipping of $6.90 on orders $119–$148.99 and just $4.90 on orders over $149 — rural delivery is never free due to the higher courier costs involved in reaching rural areas.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
