SpiceBloom’s Organic Whole Cloves are hand-harvested from the flowering buds of the Syzygium aromaticum tree in India. These are 100% USDA Certified Organic, meaning they are grown without synthetic pesticides or chemicals.
Dried naturally in the sun, they are plump, oily, and reddish-brown—never dry or brittle. Squeeze the stem with your fingernail, and you will feel the release of Eugenol (essential oil).
